Oh, where have i been?
damn, ive been neglecting this blog long enough. :(
so today, ill do an update on the
SD RX-78-2 with G-Armor~
WIVSP means Work in a Very Slowpoke Progress.
yes, its damn slow.
u want to know why i didnt progress anything
on this kit?
well, maybe cause of im working part time now
and it did take a lot of my time.
but hey, at least i did something. :)
and hey, ive been watching
Gundam Wing Remastered Edition,
and it was great. :)
im at ep. 31 currently.
Thats enough chit chat. Onto the kit.
First up is the runners.
This kit contains 7 runners in total,
and are separated into red, blue, white,
grey and yellow.
Ohhh, stickers~
i think the stickers that im gonna use
are only the eyes and that camera
on the head.
Everything else must be painted.
Stickers also showed what color the kit
is lacking and as u can see, its red.
U gotta love the spring action gimmick.:)
Old kits came with these as they have gimmicks
that allowed u to have pew pew action
for things like the guns and all.
Im surprised theres some bit of flash under
the face part. I guess Bandai havent
perfected their QC yet. :P
its 1999 for god's sake.
Now, onto the build.
First up is the core booster!
yes, this kit comes with a core booster.
a fully transformable one too!
The ever so big SD head. :)
The head is such a simple build.
Only consist of 4 parts in total.
The body on the other hand is consists
of 4 parts and 3 PC parts in total.
Im glad they make a separate yellow
parts for the vents, as it would be
hell to paint those tiny details.
Hands! damn, this thing is small.
To speed things up, i build the leg,
waist and backpack in 1 go.
small legs, small waist and small
backpack. :) i love this guy~
And its finished! look at him!
aaaah, so adorable~ :")
midget angry pose!
ahhhh, lets get into the midgets weapon.
The Beam rifle looks like a bazooka!
maybe coz of the spring action?
Beam Toothpick!
The not so dynamic pose!
and the RX-78-2 is finished.
G-Armor is next. :)
first up is the beam cannon
on top of the "head" of the g-armor.
Then the head part.
Mounting the beam cannon on the G armor's head.
Looks great! :)
and then my camera's battery run out.
damn. but i just continue the build
and after my camera's battery is recharged,
the G-Armor is already finished.
